We extended our stay told we could keep room we were in. 5 minutes later they called and said they were moving us. Told they were checking to make sure room was good. We waited an hour or so only to go to lobby and be told they still haven't checked it. When we entered the room we noticed several broken items. There some trash left in the floor

Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine, standard offerings. We did have an issue the first night due to a plumbing issue there was no water to our suite. While it was resolved within a day, there reallt wasnt any communication from the staff

My son and I stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert. The location was perfect. Easily made our way to Clareview LRT station together and from the stadium. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff all very friendly. Very happy with our stay.
