The staff were great and accommodating. The first room we were given has a strong perfume scent to it. When I went and asked if they used air fresheners the clerk told me they would sometimes spray it if a room smelled. The manager said that they only used cleaning products and nothing else then insisted that the building was smoke free We were given another room that smelled a little less but there were cigarette burns in the currain from someone smoking our the window. We will not be staying at this hotel again. This is the first holiday inn Express that I have had an issue with, usually I am able to stay and not have allergic reactions and breathing issues.

Reserved the jacuzzi and fireplace room. The fire place is electric and set a nice mood. The room was excellent and clean. The bed very comfortable. The jacuzzi very nice.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the other hand was ice cold and the pancake machine didn't work. The coffee was barely room temperature. We have stayed at other holiday inn Express's and have always had a great breakfast.
