Very comfortable beds !

Our room was spacious and clean. We always try to book at a Holiday Inn Express because of the comfortable beds ( but bring your own pillow )! The morning complimentary breakfast was great too , the service was good and the area clean. Will definitely stay here again

Unacceptable Stay at Holiday Inn: Request for Refund I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn. Our room was located beside the outdoor exit, which proved to be a significant source of disturbance throughout the night. The door slammed loudly at all hours, causing substantial disruption to our sleep and even shaking the room. This level of noise is unacceptable, especially considering the high nightly rate of over $200. Given the hotel’s failure to provide a peaceful environment, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. It is reasonable to expect a certain level of comfort and quiet in a hotel room, particularly at such a premium price. The lack of effective soundproofing or measures to mitigate this issue is inexcusable. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this problem and ensure that future guests do not experience similar disruptions. Until then, I expect a prompt refund for the inconvenience and distress caused during our stay. Rating: 1/5 Request: Immediate refund for the full amount of our stay.

The hotel is basic and has all amenities. Unfortunately their wifi wasnt good enough to enable me to work remotely from my room. I had to leave daily to go to a location with wifi. Not convienent at all.

Great value

It was a most enjoyable stay; very friendly staff, easy parking, very good self serve breakfast and nice large room. We did feel that there Needs to be more lighting in the room as it is inadequate for reading and has dark areas Which could be fixed with a couple of floor lamps.
