Clean, nice warm hallways...good temperature control in room. Good coffee and breakfast food offerings, and friendly staff. Parking lot was quite icy and tough to negotiate. But it is January.

Good check in but rude cook
Stayed multiple times, was good with every thing but cook was never friendly, was friendly towards other families but never mine. Gave rude comments under her breath. Complain about how many people were in my room when we had a room big enough for our family size. Seemed racist because the other families were a different ethnicity
