The property is extremely old. When we first got into our queen suite room it smelled like mold or something decomposing. Maintenance came to spray some chemicals but it didn’t help and it was extremely busy and loud with people running around yelling all night.

Everything good . Excellent staff . Only room appear dark , carpets were also dark . Dark wallpaper makes the room darker . May be other rooms brighter that I don’t know , I didn’t ask for change . Mattress was good , only pillows were soft Some people may like soft pillows but I prefer medium firm , again I didn’t ask to change , there may be option that desk will give lil firm pillows , as desk staff and serving staff was super nice ! Very convenient area , shopping mall 5 min drive , Costco 5 minute drive . Hotel is surrounded by few restaurants at walking distance 2-5 minutes !! Thanks for having us , excellent staff have us ground floor room as I requested ground floor . Breakfast buffet great but only need to replace toaster , toaster was bit slow otherwise all was good . Recommended for families !

The overall state was fine. First walking into the room beds were made and clean, but the floor had a slight stain on it and felt wet like it was just cleaned. We have planned to use the pool, but on the last day of our stay, the pool was closed due to heater problems. Rooms air conditioners seem to have not worked and was quite warm. Was unable to adjust room temperature.

This property is so old and in need of serious renovations. Our room smelled so awful, very musty and smell of smoke was evident. The alarm clock was under one of the beds, which makes it very apparent it wasn’t cleaned with attention to detail prior to our arrival. I will not book this property again or refer my clients here.
