First room we had was what appeared to be a converted furnace room. The door was so misaligned that we shoved a towel in the top so people would not see in. Upon our return from holidays we were stuck in the elevator, once we could get out it was three flights of stairs to the lobby with our luggage. They charged us for parking then when I suggested that they could at least waive that fee for the inconvenience and problems we were told no. Do your self a favour don't get caught up in their mess.
