Amazing rooms comfortable other than the train going by in the night perfect. At least hotel offers war plugs as they know they can’t stop the train so why not stop the noise. Great work

We checked in at late night and requested for shuttle booking at 8 pm and then subsequently requested to change to 8.30pm. This request was not recorded and as a result we have to remind and request to front person to arrange for shuttle - we may have missed our flight. Careless attitude. Secondly - I specifically asked about our breakfast . I was told it is not included in price. I did not remember it - option selected at the time of booking. next day morning - front staff told us at 8.28 - that we have not used our breakfast coupen. I was told to pick up something in 2 minutes as shuttle was about to leave. I was with a small child of 3 years and have to leave for morning flight with hungry child - that too after paying the price for the breakfast . This was terrible experience in Hoilday Inn.
