Lots of cigarette butts around the smoking bench. Smoking disposal containers were easily tipped over to reveal the insides. (need maintenance)

We checked in and the customer service was good. The room however was not great paying over 200 a night was quite disappointing for what we got. Beds were uncomfortable. Room looked run down. It was loud being right next to elevators and the phone had to be inplugged as it was continuously ringing 1 ring throughout the night. Not worth the money paid. I have stayed at numerous hotels for less and had wonderful stays.

Though I was in the pet room, it was quite dirty. Every time I check in somewhere, I always check for bed bugs. When I lifted the mattress, there were no bugs, but it was filthy with crumbs and hair. It looked like bed skirt had not been changed in months. The skirt and mattress protector had brown and red smudge stains. Much of the sheets had black hairs and lint on them. A lint roller should have been used for this. Besides that, customer service was friendly and parking was plentiful.

Couldn't sleep for many reasons
The toilet was smelly. Also you can hear the other people talk in the other room, doors slammed can wake you up. if your neighbor open the water you can hear it in your room. Cooler truck parked behind the hotel and kept the engine on the whole night made the room vibrating. I couldn't sleep unfortunately. Staff are friendly.
