While not perfect it was near that. Soundproofing is probably the only thing that I would say is issue. The staff are responsive to needs and friendly enough. space and amenities is almost perfect. This loction was better than the Home2suites I stayed in Ottawa. though suite was much smaller.

Our first room was disgusting and not cleaned properly at all, but the front desk manager located a new room for us and was very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel room/furniture is extremely run down. They need to replace some furniture so it doesnt look so dumpy. The walls were missing paint and the hallway had scrapes all over and down them. They could use a paint job so it doesnt look so run down. There was exremely limited seating for eating. It was awkward and inconvenient as you are eating right inside the lobby. The pool was extremely cold. We asked for our room to be tidied the next day and nothing was done. We had no coffee or whitener, no dishwasher tabs, and we needed some clean towels. My husband had to go down himself that night to get the stuff from the front desk.NOT IMPRESSED! Especially when we asked for our room to be serviced.

1.) WiFi signal was not steady. 2.) Front desk people were cold, no smile and didn’t say hello at most of the times I passed through their counter. 3.) in the lobby that they offered complimentary coffee and tea 24 by 7, but too dark and no light to illuminate. They need to improve for this.
