Terrible Service - will not stay again
One of the beds we requested in advance didnt have blankets just a pillow to sleep in. Hotel service couldn't provide blankets for over 1hr and 30 min plus they forgot we requested a blanket. I had to look for some service myself so we can sleep. We went to bed at 1am! I informed management and they said they couldn't compensate since I used the hotel.com app. Useless management.

This hotel must never get sold out because they did not know how to handle a full house. We called down for extra towels and a blanket because it's winter in central Canada. We called three times before we had to go downstairs to get them ourself. Then when we were settled and sleeping housekeeping comes knocking at 12:30 am with towels and blankets. We were grateful but to come knocking that late??? REALLY? When we checked out they didn't aak how our stay was so I told them. Other hotels would compensate you with something for your inconvenience. Not this place. I am not sure if it waa because the people working there were new to Canada or if this is the new standard. Either way I would not recommend this hotel. There are so many in this area. Go somewhere else.

Will never stay here again. You pay for service and your room but we got the worst room service ever! Our rooms were not cleaned, towels were thrown on the filthy bathroom sink and floor that weren't cleaned as well. Garbage and mess was left as is. Small lounge area with filthy couches that probably dont get clean because i stay here every year and see the same stains. Limited variety for breakfast. Overall i would never stay here again!

Friendly staff. Clean and large rooms when we booked king size on higher levels. Decent breakfast, yet the sitting area did not fit everyone during busy time. Overal a nice place. Would be happy to go back.

In the room, the water came out dirty. I contacted the staff. Nothing was done asked for kettle not on the property. In the room, the heater is inconsistent, hot or cold. There is no steady temperature. The breakfast was very bad bacon bits are not bacon!!!! I have pics of dirty water
