Friendly staff, super affordable, renovated areas are great, good parking option to fly out. The areas not renovated were definitely dated. Very worn office chair and headboards. There was a very drunk man in the lobby at 2:30am who came toward my kids and I and the front desk worker was prompt to send him out the door. Easy check in. Good affordable stay when you only need to sleep before a flight.

Hotel Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was okay, but things quickly went downhill from there. Shortly after settling in, the toilet got clogged despite only having water in it. To make matters worse, there was no equipment in the washroom to address the issue. I went to the reception for assistance, but no one seemed genuinely interested in helping. I had to wait around 15 minutes before they finally handed me a plunger, which didn’t work. The toilet kept clogging repeatedly, creating an unpleasant situation. I requested to change rooms, but the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate this simple request. On top of that, the washroom fan wasn’t working, making the situation even more unbearable. There were also no paper towels provided in the room, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of basic maintenance made this a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
