One elevator was out of order so made movement difficult Rooms are now beginning to need renewal. And bathrooms and tubs should have some bars for security in shower Staff in breakfast room are particularly congenial and helpful

Great stay! Perfect location to walk around dowtown and close to many great restaurants on Jasper Ave. Staff are amazing, friendly and responsive. Only complaint is that the toilet paper is possibly the cheapest and worst toilet paper ever!

The bed was comfy. Hotel is quite meh. Rooms were unclean, service was slow and slightly rude. Voss water in the room was expired. Smart water ($4/per bottle) from the vending machine seemed as if it was already opened and smelled off?? Gross. Elevator slow as cleaning ladies using it in the morning. People doing crack outside by the parking lot. Pay slightly more and go to the next hotel. Would not recommend.

Rave to the designer! Such unique use of space in the rooms and common areas. Feels like your in a modern 'Mad Men'. This is how you convert a building. Took pictures to show my buyers (I sell hotels). Fun and affordable. Highly recommend!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because in stead of an in-house convenience store the hotel had a single vending machine with very limited and over-priced options.

Parking terrible. Location terrible. Booked a junior suite and didn’t get it. The literal reason I booked this hotel over the Hilton is because there was a suite available and got screwed out of it and when I asked for some compensation I was given a hard time as if it was my fault that they overbooked.
