I’ve stayed at the Matrix for years. It’s a great hotel but the rooms are getting dated. I’d appreciated newer TVs with internet connectivity, Netflix etc. One overall issue is th heating and AC. It’s super loud and very dry in th hotel.

Staff were wonderful! Nice place. No hot water when running a bath. Parking was not included. (This is unacceptable when the property needs to make more money on parking for a one night stay) we have stayed at this property and loved it many times but now that there is a gimmick to charge for parking we will not return.

The staff were excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was large and the bed was amazing. Some of the furniture was a bit dated, but not bad. The shower was good and ran as hot as I wanted. Breakfast was also great, my wife was amazed at how much I ate because I usually am a light eater.
