I have stayed at this property about 4 times now and the major selling point for me was that breakfast was included in the price. This last time I went for breakfast and was told i needed a voucher I.e breakfast is no longer included. I said ok, I will use my $14 Expedia food credit towards some of the cost, the waitress said she would have to call the front desk and find out (with an attitude), she then came back and said front desk says I will have to pay unfront then they will reimburse. When checking out I asked for my reimbursement and front desk was confused, saying I should’ve just paid the balance minus the Expedia credit. I left not getting the $14 credit. I am not impressed and will not be going bacj

Double room only had double beds (most rooms these days have queens) - had to move to another room - bedding was not available in the room for the pull out couch - waited over an hour for it to arrive - pillows were terrible. Also to have your "deposit" returned it took over 10 days - typically there is just a hold - also once we got there they double charged us and it also took over 10 days to be credited to credit card.
