Good place. They took last advice and made sure gym had towels and sanitizer. Staff really friendly. Good location for runs in river valley and around legislature grounds. Parking a bit steep and beds may need to soon be replaced. Bit soft.

Nice hotel, too bad they closed the restaurant during a busy conference on a sat night for a private function. Tub was extremely slow to drain during and after the shower.

First time staying at the Matrix Hotel. Very nice, clean room. I didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant although my friend said the food was really good. The only downside was the $30 a day parking which I felt was unnecessary.

When I come to the room there was no drinking water. I had to phone customer service to request bottle water. It takes me quite a few tries to reach out to them. Also it was only one person at check in desk, he didn’t not even offer me to carry my luggage. I had a few suitcases. I wish the hotel pay more attention to the customers service.
