The staff were excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was large and the bed was amazing. Some of the furniture was a bit dated, but not bad. The shower was good and ran as hot as I wanted. Breakfast was also great, my wife was amazed at how much I ate because I usually am a light eater.

Overall this was a good stay with more consistency of service in all areas. The front desk was especially responsive and welcoming. I had one issue and they made it right which was appreciated.

Over all an okay place to sleep and the staff were lovely. The bathroom door was a barn door style and left a large gap at the top when closed and also didn't lock. There was no fan in the bathroom. Parking and breakfast were extra when the room was also priced much higher then the comparitive hotels in the area. Overall, would not stay again as the price and rating were much higher then what the actual experience was.

Nice and classic hotel! Clean, safe, and nice overall. The bathroom door was not very private, so I am glad I stayed alone. The staff here were some of the most kind and friendly folks I have come across in awhile! Very nice and were happy to help where they can.

Clean room, excellent service from all staff, restaurant and bar were superior, breakfast buffet phenomenal. Only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom insufficient for high maintenance makeup such as mine! HAHA and the shower was small for being the platinum suite but everything else with that room was excellent!
