The hotel is lovely and the room was great. Have stayed here a few times. Not impressed with the front desk. I needed something from the valet parking and I said I didn’t mind walking to the parkade myself to get it so the person at the desk gave me the key and I walked there but they didn’t inform me that my car was behind a locked gate and needed a staff member to unlock it. I feel like the front desk should have known I was not able to access the parking on my own before giving me the key. It was just a waste of about an hour of my time in the morning going back and forth.

Great hotel at an awesome location. Tons of dining and entertainment options. Walkable to the U of A campus. Parking is a bit of a chore, but the hotel staff did great to assist in every way possible. I would stay here again!

Great spot on busy Whyte Avenue. An issue with broken piece of furniture but otherwise the suite and area were great. As we had a high level but front facing room, air plugs were available but street noise not too bad.
