Location was great for amenities. Lots of places to eat and a great to walk around. But some social disorder, homelessness etc. Wouldn't feel safe walking after dark alone. Hotel was nice. Rooms were very spacious and had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was excellent for free breakfast with added additions of nespresso coffee and fresh fruit. Skip the lounge food. Overpriced charcuterie board with very little meat and stale bread. They said they changed the menu but didnt have a menu we could actually order food from. They give earplugs in the room so we expected the worse, but we slept well and it was quiet. Valet was efficient and staff was friendly. Would stay here again for sure

This hotel is situated in a really cute area. Lots of unique shops and dining options all within walking distance. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a great add on. I chose valet parking for the extra $5. Well worth it.

Good location, hotel could use an upgrade. Went to the onsite lounge for a drink and a snack. None of the drinks or food items were available as identified on the menu. Server told us the revised menu would be coming in the next few weeks.

The hotel is located in a vibrant neighbourhood with great selection of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the valet service because the self parking is in a parkade 2 blocks away. The valet service is convenient, hotel staff is friendly, hotel breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable.
