Room 111. The deadbolt needs to be fixed because it wont lock. The shower needs to be fixed. Room is not ideal is noisy due to its proximity to the dining hall and reception.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly you could tell it hadn’t been vacuumed there was crumbs on the table and the front desk staff seemed short tempered and quick to dismiss me and my questions.

Overall the hotel was nice. It is by the airport, so we did hear planes at times. We had an upstairs hotel patron that walked back and forth very heavily and was very loud for a very long time that inhibited our ability to go to sleep. And in the morning, it was exactly the same.The patron was so loud and noisy. It was like they were pacing or exercising and wearing cement shoes.We were on the second floor. That is not the hotel's fault though. The breakfast was a hot breakfast. There was sausage and omelettes and decent coffee and juice. The hotel was very affordable and nice for the price.

Noisy maid service
The place is kept clean. Only thing is the maids start early and are loud while cleaning. We were there for 2 nights and wanted to sleep in but impossible as they were noisy around 8-8:30 in the morning and one even tried to come into our room. Good thing we had the latch on. The second morning, again it happened. One of the maids had a daughter and was running around in the hallway. I told both of them that there are guests trying to sleep and they should at least start around 9:30-10 am. Not happy. I told front desk. Not sure if they are taking this seriously. If you are staying here for 1 night and have to get up early, this place is good. Very tidy for the price you pay.

The staff at this hotel are terrible. After being woke up multiple times by people stomping around and partying above me at 12:30am, my call to the front desk resulted in them offering to give me a different room lol. They didn’t understand that I was the one being inconvenienced as I was sleeping, the last thing I want to do is pack up my room at 12:30am so I can change rooms. Then I finally get back to sleep and get woke up at 7am by more stomping above me. By 8:30am the cleaners started, the checkout time was 12:00pm, this was on a Sunday and I was exhausted. There were 3 cleaning carts and 3 young ladies with a small child cleaning the room directly next to me. The noise they were making was unreal, their child was whimpering and carrying on for at least 30 mins (can you blame him he was about 4 or 5 years old being drug to work with mom). I put up with it for about 40 mins then finally had to say something. They apologized so I would go away, then carried on to make as much noise as before. I called the front desk to ask them to please have their cleaners go to the opposite end of the floor, or anywhere else just not next to my room and was told they had to clean where people have checked out. I asked if they could please go to another room as I didn’t get much sleep because of the party animals upstairs and was told no. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and disregard at a hotel before, they do not care. I will never return, it horrible experience.
