I notices as soon as I stepped into the elevator that the cleanliness of this hotel was not top priority. It was filthy and smelled of oilfield workers. The room was no better. There were boot prints on the floor, the counters and table did not look like they were wiped down. All the cupboard doors in the kitchenette were grimy and not clean. The door handle on the fridge was dirty. The freezer had something spilled in it. The door to the room looked like there was work done to it and all the dust from drilling was covering the door all around the handle and locks. I brought Lysol wipes and wiped surfaces down and they were filthy dirty when I was done. There was breakfast included but it was done by 8:30 so I didn’t get any of that.

Well where do I begin. Let me say firstly that we have stayed here in the past. It was 20-4 and the property was fairly new. Well property is in a bad need of a facelift. So about our stay. Checkin went smoothly but after that trying to find a front desk clerk was nearly impossible . Given a room on 3rd floor and there was a jacuzzi tub in the room under repair. Thank goodness they didn’t work on it during our stay. As for the room it was basic but comfortable. Here’s the problem. If you’re a long stay, longer than 1 night DON”T expect your room to be made up, sheets changed, new bathroom towels, room vacuumed, coffee packages for coffee maker. It appears that housekeeping doesn’t do that. Very disappointing considering what you pay. Please NOTE this property is pet friendly on all 3 floors of property. Did not try the complementy breakfast but did check it out upon checkout. Looked very unappealing. Nothing was covered. So would we stay again, likely not. Best to try the Says Inn down the road.

Upon arrival around 10 o’clock in the evening, we got to our rooms. Two of the rooms we were not able to watch TV. And could not figure it out., tried to call the front desk to learn that the front desk was closed for the night. We tried to make a pot of coffee or tea, but the coffee pot was not working later to learn that the wall of plug-ins on that particular wall was not working. Also usually rooms stock, cream, and sugar in the Room for your convenience we had none. Not to mention there was no breakfast in the morning, which is what was advertised. My daughter in law in another room had a dirty bed. And then her daughter found a tip of a vape in one of the drawers, and proceeded to use it like lipstick.(2years old). They also tried to call the front desk and once again they were closed for the night.. they tell me the manager is going to review a credit, I asked for the manager’s name and number, and he would not provide it to me

My stay was better than I expected. My room had a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a decent size fridge. Room was spacious and clean in a quiet area. It was noisy in the morning as I was right next to breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious.
