Three items were broken: Light, plug, soap. All three were fixed after I explained the issues -- twice. Appears written procedures for staff are not is place and lack of front desk staff meant I waited on their phone for 30 minutes and no one answered so very difficult to get assistance to repair the 3 items -- in the end, the very helpful manager solved everything -- on his own. The hotel otherwise is still okay, just very difficult for staff to actually get the repairs done -- more annoying vs a big issue

Hotel is quite tired. From entering main lobby one can see the carpets are ripped and decor is aged. Somehow the corridors are very dim which makes the decor seem dark and uncomfortable the room is of good size but everything is very low, counter top, toilet, chair by the desk are al very low. I’m an average height female at 5f4in. And I felt everything is lower than standard. The cleaning staff is inconsistent with distribution of towels; sometimes we have al the sets of 3sizes towels sometimes 2. The towels are of good quality though. The room is not dusted. Or can actually see the dust al around the microwave, night stand top, shelves etc. there are no USC outlet either. The shower is very funny with a top shower head and two parallel shower heads in the middle that also shed water. It’s ok for adults but if I were 5 feet tall or shorter those mid height shower heads will be shedding water right at my face with no where to avoid. Breakfast was ok. Coffee is exceptional good and always hot. Staff is courteous. Will I return to this hotel? Its location is very convenient although it’s right in the middle of an industrial area. Unless I see proof of renovations, we most likely will not consider returning.

Overall, great stay. Fair warning that the hallway leading to the elevators is creepishly dimly lit, and the breakfast options are okay. The oatmeal was mushy goop, and they only had clementines out as a fruit option, but I’m allergic to citrus. This seems to be the standard breakfast for all north american hotels it seems.

We just had a 3 night stay and had a very enjoyable experience. I met Ben who I believe was a manager on the first day and he was super friendly. The breakfast each morning had lots of variety and the food was hot. We enjoyed both the hot tub and pool. We also ate and had some drinks at the pub and were happy to have arrived during happy hour! Our room was nice and cool when we arrived. We had to keep turning the thermostat down because it got chilly in the night, but I’d rather be too cold than too hot. Beds were comfy and the pillows were the right amount of squishiness! The shower had two heads so the water pressure was amazing. I liked how you needed to use your key to use the elevator as it gave us a sense of safety. We would definitely stay again.

It was a bright and spacious area. I loved the patio and the big windows. The rooms were pretty good, although they could use a good deep clean, carpet cleaning and underneath the counters and table. The housekeepers are awesome but don’t have the time to do the deep cleans.
