Nice Hotel

It was a very nice hotel that we expected for the price we paid. They have the fantastic lobby/courtyard area. The restaurants and bars were nice. Abundant parking spaces. Could improve on making the underground parking cleaner and brighter.

Hotel room was good, it was a good stay. When it was the Radisson I don't remember them having Security kicking you out of the Atrium and sending you back to your room just for sitting there. Also when Parked on the North end of building at night you have to walk all the way around to the front door to get into the building..

We always try to book this hotel if there is availability whenever we come to Edmonton. We like the free parking which you do not get with the hotels in the downtown area. You also have the option to go underground to park which is good in The winter. We love the clean spacious rooms with the comfortable beds and pillows. We like the location of this hotel because we can drive to Whyte avenue and U of A fairly easily. And the front desk staff and housekeeping staff are always friendly and do a great job!
