Service was truly awful, they said they wouldn’t accept my Mastercard. I asked to have a supervisor contacted. After being on the road with 3 kids for over 6 hours and it being 12AM at night. The supervisor confirmed my Mastercard was in fact good. Room was not what was advertised. The room they moved us to was dirty.

Central location for what we wanted. Not a long drive to major city attractions. Very clean!! My only complaint was that the first night there the housekeeping staff thought we were moving out and were waiting for us to do so. Although they did do an awesome job at cleaning the room for the remainder of our stay, they were quite loud in doing so.
