Disgusting hotel
The hotel is shabby. The halls were constantly dirty. The room was not clean ( hairs in shower, debris in the carpet). The staff were inattentive. You have to request your room be cleaned otherwise they don’t make the bed, empty garbage, etc. There was no sink in the bathroom ( after using the toilet you had to cross the room to get to the sink). The air conditioning was pathetic. No internet - after 5 days of complaining they finally moved us to another room where the internet worked sporadically. The worst hotel stay ever. I am surprised it is allowed to carry the Ramada name.

They put us in wrong room and it stink like feet, and did not clean the room for three nights only on the last night the moved us to another room, that room was not cleaned either…. Not recommended if use to good service and clean accommodations

Not what I expected
It was so unpleasant and unexpected to see when we came and checked that the toilet was not cleaned, still with toilet paper inside, unflushed and toilet paper strands were scattered on the floor. The ice bucket was still with water inside. We also noticed itchy rashes on our skin, during our stay. Kindly check the beds please. The service staff though was very helpful and nice.
