Giving this review a low rating due to booking a jacuuzi room and being met with the jacuzzi buttons being broken and no power or lights in either bathroom. The room was quite dirty / dusty and bathrooms not very clean. Service was not great and the restaurants service was terrible as well.

Pretty good stay. Upon returning home I realized I had forget 2 items hanging in the closet. Called the hotel twice since then, both occasions they said they would call me back after further investigation but never received a call. Disappointed.

Bathroom smelt like ass
Took forever to check in couple of the front desk people were very rude. Rooms smelt very bad, elevators were taken up by staff when we were trying to leave for supper. Stayed here few times before seems to have gone down hill.
