The visit was good. Check in went fast and the room was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast bar was really nice, lots of options even with a minor hockey teams all over for a tournament. Didnt try the hot tub or the games room. I would stay here again

Pet friendly with a small fenced area for off leash. Well appointed room with comfortable beds! All staff we encountered were friendly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast server kept all items well stocked and the whole area very clean. Having reusable plates, cups and silverware rather than paper/plastic disposable was very impressive.

Was charged extra fee (tourism fee) without informing me at the time of check in. I always booked and stay in hotel almost every month and this is the only hotel who charged me of tourism fee. I am surprised because never had this fee before. Staff are not friendly and not approachable. I regret staying here for few days. I am a regular customer of best western and only this location made my experience not to come back. I booked for 3nights and thinking it was a hassle free. Didn’t know that this hotel doesn’t offer cleaning if you stay extra days. I ask for consideration of cleaning our room on our 2nd night/3rd day because i have infant with me. The frontdesk manager decline and not even giving consideration. I feel helpless and shock because the other best western locations are not like these. Or even the other hotels. I asked the night shift reception and they told me that customer can actually request if they wanted to. I asked the manager the next day about it and she respond to me that her staff is not aware and she told her staff not to offer cleaning or not to tell customer that they can request. My experience here gave me the reason not to come back.

None, stranded in a crack town, no bar or restaurant in the hotel, nothing to do. Screaming children in the pool area so hot tub wasnt as relaxing as it should be. Compliments to the fact that the cutlery and plates werent disposable during breakfast. The mix in the eggs wasnt great but they werent bad. The room was clean, but the toilet was confined, and someone with ibs wasnt super comfortable in there. The tub didnt drain while taking a shower. I told the front desk but it was never fixed, the sink was slow to drain- also not fixed(room 212). Sound proofing on that door should be fixed as i had to listen to the elevator and the people getting off of it frequently during the night, front hotel lights were glaring past the edges of the black out curtains. Please improve, i love best western hotels but i was a bit disappointed in this one.

Just ok

The check-in was ok, the room had been smoked in and my grandson with allergies never slept at all I told the front attendant but all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and she said that the A/C was sucking in peoples smoke from outside, not a good response to my concerns. The waffle maker fell on my knuckles because the lid was weak. There’s a young lady being trained but I felt wasn’t given great guidance …… overall I gave a 2 rating sadly
