Needs a deep clean!

The breakfast was very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The down side is that the room needed a very thorough deep cleaning. The linens were fine.

It was fairly pricey for what I would consider a 3 star hotel. However, the staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. Room 205, the toilet threatens to flood with every flush, you have to close the door in order to sit on the toilet, it’s a very awkward bathroom, and the AC unit didn’t put much cold air out. The room could use a reno. The bed, blanket and pillows were top notch and that’s the most important.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is older and could use some updates. The breakfast was included and was very good with lots of choices. I would stay here again.

We arrived after a long 9 hour drive. My son had to go pee really badly and when we got to our hotel, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We had to wait 10 minutes until someone came. 10 minutes isnt that long, but after a long drive and a kid that is about to pee his pants, it felt like forever. For the price of our room, the carpets were gross and there was a weird smell. Outdated and not somewhere i would stay again. The boy at check out was nice, but the lady at check in could do better with customer service skills.

Booked this property as it was conveniently and strategically located at the end of day 2 (10 hr days) of my 5 day drive from Whitehorse to SW Ontario. The front desk staff (evening on arrival and check out morning) were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is located in a mall complex and parking was difficult and extremely crowded. The property itself ( all interior areas) is tired and worn. Hallway carpets and walls/doors are old and in beed of repair. The room itself, also worn and in need of furniture upgrades. I had no issues wirh overall cleanliness or size of the room (2 queen). The continental breakfast area is small and the offerings not well laid out. The standard fare. Overall I was primarily driven to choose it by price and location, but would not stay again..
