Well I booked this for my elderly dad and step mom. They tried to check in a 6 pm. Waited a full 40 mins to even find anyone at the front desk who was found “doing his laundry” by my son. Then the room key would not work not once but twice. When the front desk clerk came up to the room he showed us how to “jiggle it a certain way” to get in. Are you kidding me? These are seniors. Even tho I booked the room under my dad’s name, Ramada refused to do anything until they talked to my dad Clearly a fiasco on Christmas Eve. Never ever again.

Very clean with comfortable beds. Staff were great. The continental breakfast was great with a lot more options than those we’ve had at other hotels. The only issue we had was the hotel was much too warm. We turned the heat down but still had to keep the window open day and night and it was still warm. Overall a good stay though, and we would stay again.

Hotel isn't new. But it was clean, quiet, easy to get to. Check-in was fast and uncomplicated. Some renovations going on but not in your face. Continental breakfast was just right. I will definitely be staying there again and I will recommend it to others.
