The room had stains everywhere, there are cracks in the floor, and the toiletries were used. Also, don't use the microwave otherwise the power to the room will go out. There was also a cigarette burn in the bedding.

The first room I was booked into had an issue but I was given another right away. Room was dated but comfortable. The bus running outside in the service road all night didn’t make for a great sleep. I would stay here again as the price was right.

It was easy to park. The towels were old and not clean. The room had strong cigarette smell. The bedsheets looked like it wasn’t changed for weeks because I saw hairs all over the bed.

For the price range, conditions were average until being subject to partying and violence from long term renters on the bottom level. Lots of noise , windows being smashed out and things thrown into parking lot which were not cleaned up by Royal Lodge staff. This is not a safe place.
