the lobby is dirty it should be clean all the time, make sure the room doesn't smell like cigarettes, carpets in the rooms have a foul smell. Upon entering the hotel it doesn't seem like a hotel.

Room was too humid. Once AC/fan is on, it was soooo much noise, impossible to rest. There was hair on bathroom ceiling and carpet was not properly cleaned. Front desk provided excellent service.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean at all, lots of homeless hanging around definitely didn’t feel safe going out on my own, they also would leave buggy’s around the parking lot. Parking lot is very tight. We were there for a wedding and part of the bridal party. All rooms were booked together none of us were on the same floor as we were told we would be. Front desk staff was friendly. Asked for tidy up from house keeping only thing we got was towels. Super disappointed in this sandman, stayed at other locations this has to be by far the worst one I have stayed at.

Staff during check in were very friendly, Maria helped switch our rooms after the double queen bed rooms were sold out. We checked in at 9:40pm so didn’t get a chance to use the pool (they close at 10pm which is a bummer). No free breakfast included which sucked and also no elevators on the side we stayed on even though we were on the 3rd floor. Overall rooms were clean and staff were friendly/helpful.

I booked the room with two queen size beds, Expedia book me two beds when I got to the hotel they didn’t have two queen beds. They gave me one king bed and one pullout couch which sucks. Bed is so hard like sleeping on the ground.

Pretty good.

My kid loved the pool. Bed could be replaced. You sank too much. We had to take the filter out of the air conditioner cause it was so gross. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Having a Denny’s on the property was a big plus for my teenage boys. The front desk staff was super helpful, often keeping the gym open late for my son. The room was a bit crowded and the mirrored closet door was obviously ripped off and not replaced; having an additional mirror/ full length mirror would have been useful. There were also a few sketchy looking people hanging around the property which was a bit unnerving. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
