Got a room upgrade and $10 chop restaurant gift card. Advertise you can get Chop restaurant for breakfast yet Chop breakfast menu not available online and I couldn’t leave room (medical) for 48 hrs so that was an inconvenience. Friendly helpful staff. Clean. Easy parking. I would stay ahain

This used to be a nice quality hotel. Not anymore.
Where to start? Firstly, there was a long line up just to check in, a 15 minute wait. Secondly, the heater in the main room wasn't working at all. Woke up to a 15 degree room. Luckily the heater in the bedroom was working fine. There was only one stool at the island, meaning one of us had to stand when we ate. Then there was the cleanliness issues. The kettle was half full of water and it looked like it had been there for a while. Just gross! Even worse was the handheld shower attachment in the shower. When we arrived I noticed that it was hung up facing the wall, so when I turned it around to look at it, I knew why. It was so heavely covered in hard water deposits it was thick with pink lumps! Just doubly disgusting! I've stayed at this hotel before and the quality of the property sure has deteriorated quickly. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel beds were by far the comfiest beds we've ever slept on. And the service was lovely. Always had nice hot coffee on, cold ice water, and super comfy seating in the lobby.the restaurant CHOP that is on site was also terrific.
