I always enjoy my stays here. Best beds. However last time I was there the room above me flooded their room. Water was pouring into my room. I told front desk who didn’t seem alarmed. And never did do anything for me. This time I was awoke at 6 am by maintenance doing something outside my room.

Noticed a decline

I have stayed here dozens of times and I have noticed a decline in the comfort this stay. The sheets had a stain, the water pressure in the sink was lower than usual. The shower drain pan (floor) was work and loose, it squeaked when standing and moving in the shower. The mattress felt softer than normal. Additionally, they changed the rewards structure where the 10 dollar VIP gift card is only eligible for use during your stay and you cannot use it at a later date. This was disappointing. The hotel is usually top notch for cleanliness and comfort. I hope the items I noticed are just an anomaly.

Great Hotel to Stay at.

Amazing hotel, this hotel is well taken care of and it shows, the pool is extremely clean (which is rare for a hotel). I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone! The only thing is they need to figure out is their snow removal. At 5 AM they started running snow blowers and skid steers, the big windows allow that sound in very easily.
