The only issue I had is that the bathroom door was that sliding type that doesn’t muffle any noise so my roommate could unfortunately hear everything. Everything else was excellent.

Check in was fast, efficient and informative. The room was nice, modern and clean. There was noise from the room above when someone was walking around, that was the only negative about the room. The other issue was, when I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. A note saying someone would be back promptly. I waited a few min, then took my bags to my car and came back in. Still no one. I left the room key in the check out box as I had appointments to keep. I never heard from them regarding the stay, a copy of my receipt or indication that they had cleared the account on my credit card. I phoned in the evening and they said they would email me a receipt (which came promptly) but still haven’t seen the credit card adjustment made. I have never been to a hotel who didn’t have someone at the counter in the mornings.
