Uncomfortable and dirty beds

Opened the bed to find a dirty pillow and hair all over the sheets. Asked the front desk clerk to send somekne to change the bedding, and it took over an hour for someone to show up. Beds were one of the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. Only good thing, is the staff was friendly.

Quiet room. VERY nice staff who are friendly from the ones in the hallways to the receptionists. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. A great restaurant and nice atmosphere. Good location. Theres nothing bad to report
