The parking area was full of snow the 2 nights we stayed. There wasn’t anything much for breakfast. Had to butter toast with a stir stick and nothing to put the toast on! No plates. It was a terrible. The bed was to hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable at all. Woke up each morning with a bad neck and headache. Oh and the 4 th floor in the hall way had a bit of a sewer smell. Sorry but that will be my last stay in that hotel. The staff were fine though.

Walked in and was impressed by cleanliness of lobby and decor, immediately greeted by two extremely friendly ladies behind the desk who made check in enjoyable and easy. The hotel overall was amazing but the customer service is what stood out to me the most!!! There was a Sri Lankan girl at the front desk I believe her name may have been Anita. I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service than hers before. She was very helpful and accommodating along with being super kind. Highly highly recommend!!
