Unexpected fees.
The front desk added a "Tourism and Levy" fee to my credit card. I pay through Hotels.com. I travel for work and stay in hotels 4 nights a week. I have never had this happen anywhere else. I disputed the charge, arguing it should be done at point of sale, not after the fact. They still charged it to my company credit card, to which I had to explain to my manager, even though I didn't understand it myself. Very unprofessional.

Great minus the hair!
The room was clean and everything was fine until I pulled the bedding back, and both beds had hair all over the sheets, and you could clearly see that someone had been laying in the beds as the sheets were not smooth, they were all wrinkly. I called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms. However we were ready for bed at that point so instead we got two sets of new bedding and had to remake both beds….. not exactly what you wanna do right when you’re going to bed out of the shower. I think the cleaning staff needs to wear hair nuts as we found hair in the clean bedding as well.

The parking was not so great as 3 bigger truck/wood chippers were taking 7 spots. I noticed the elevator was out of service, and was for the 3 days we were there, which made the ground floor busier with large dogs. But things do break down and take time to repair. We had a double queen room, would be nice to have 4 bath towels instead of 3. We have stayed here many times, enjoy the price, location and staff. Always friendly
