Overall a nice euro style property, The breakfast was very low quality food and disappointing. My thoughts would be to charge another $10 and improve the food. The shampoo was empty when we tried to use it. Probably a 7 out of 10 We will return and try it once more.

Great gem in Windermere, Edmonton

Bright, clean new hotel. Fun lobby. Well thought out spaces. The rooms have everything you need plenty of storage hanging spaces and multipurpose desk table area. The office chair in the room is very comfortable. Kind, helpful staff. Plenty of parking available.

I was not happy with the cleanliness. The counter was full of dust. It was if no one had been in there for months. I couldn't put anyting on them. The bathroom fan was black with dirt and grime. The breakfast was fair. To many little kids un supervised with their little hands touching food and then not taking it.

Good place. Great potential

Our overall stay was good. The bed and bathroom were excellent. The furniture in the individual units on the other hand was lacking. There was only an office chair to sit on besides the bed. Having at least one comfortable chair to curl up on would be great. They had excellent furniture in the lobby but they would not let people sit there early early in the morning.
