We always enjoy our stay here. We stay in the king jacuzzi room which also has a steam shower and a fireplace. It’s lovely. Very clean hotel and the staff are the best.

Awkward and unprofessional

Right after checking in, I called customer service that the bed is not clean. Sheets had hair on them and stains. The customer service lady came into my room to verify that and said show me the hair and stains. It was very awkward. No one wants to make up stuff like this and also doesn't want to sleep on a bed used by someone else or not washed properly.
