we booked a two night stay at this hotel and it wasn't the greatest! our room was hardly cleaned; dust on the tv and bar fridge, the bar fridge also didn't close properly, there were cobwebs in the corners of the windows, the curtains were so sun bleached and the lock on the door was super janky. our sink didn't drain properly; we cleaned it ourselves and pulled a massive hairball out of it.. gross. the shower squealed so loudly and the faucet isn't secure either. there was a orange/pink earplug in the corner of the room as well; how does cleaning staff miss that?! apparently, bottled water is complimentary but we didnt find that out until the second night but like, why not have two or four bottles of water in the room UPON arrival?! Chop restaurant adds an automatic gratuity (almost 20%) to their room service order and then has the audacity to have a tip option .. LoL! we ordered steak bites and a sandwich and it was $66 .. wild. the staff member on nights was less than friendly and then we were charged parking for the two nights as well; any other hotel I have stayed at has FREE on site parking. the pillows were somewhat comfy, so there's that. I guess.

We stayed in a premium king room on the top floor and it was perfect! Great view of the city, very clean, bed was super comfy with a variety of pillow choices. The hottub and pool on the top floor were very clean and well maintained. Location is great, just 5 min walk to Rogers place. Will definitely reccomend this hotel and look forward to another stay!
