Great Stay!

Had another great stay. So convenient to Rogers Place. Hotel was full, but was so quiet. We were right across from the elevator and usually wake up to every sound of people talking in the night and did not hear a peep!

The VIP benefit was only enough for one drink in the restaurant, there was teo of us. Also, there wasnt any slippers with the robes, normally there are. The bed was super comfortable!!!! Had a fantastic sleep! And we really like the 12 o'clock check out time! Was perfect for our late night concert watching and night on the town! So close to Rogers Place, was perfect for walking to and from the stadium!

Clean room, friendly helpful staff. The wifi kicked in and out. The gym is absolutely terrible- its hot, small with too much equipment in a small space. Downtown Edmonton is shady and the parking lot is expensive considering you don't get a reserved spot as a hotel guiest even though you're paying for it.

We stayed here because it is within walking distance to the ice district. The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. I like the hotels safety measures for use of the elevator seeing how it is in the heart of downtown. Helps prevent unwanted people wandering the hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again to attend another Oilers game!

My window at 12th flour was extremely dirthy, and weird that have been showed "dotn stare at the window" to me! it was ridiculous indeed. amenity were worn and saloons with bad scent of mold.. ineffective air conditioning system (couldn't figure out how it works and how can i stop it!). they clean and shine convention center and lobby but don't care about rooms. NO breakfast, No parking - i had to buy them separately! doors closed by noise and weak sound isolation. didn't worth it

Hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The desk chair in the room was awful, possibly even broken. Downtown Edmonton isn't a great place anyways, so I made sure to stay in the room as much as possible. Great that Chop is their room service. The food and service was incredible! Pool and hot tub were great and it was quiet when I went for a swim. Would absolutely stay there again.
