Hotel was clean & staff was friendly. Hotel had a water leak & I got a letter regarding moving rooms but because I was out, I didn't contact the front desk about it leading them to deactivating my card. There was no timeline given on the letter about when we'd get hot water back. Ultimately I chose to not move rooms due to the time of evening I spoke to the front desk, and was a bit surprised there wasn't a discount provided due to the inconvenience of having to choose between packing up and moving rooms or having no hot water.

Location is excellent for access to Roger’s Place. The double beds are very small. They need queen beds in the double rooms. The rooms and furniture are pretty run down

The room had some cosmetic deficiencies. Towel hooks ripped out of bathroom door, vent falling out above bathtub etc. Also lots of build up dust/dirt in harder to reach places. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

It was amazing, easy check in, friendly staff and great amenities. Didn’t even have to walk outside as pedways connect to shopping, Roger’s Place, etc.. Fantastic dining at Chop Steakhouse & Bar. Everything about our stay was great!!

Staff was amazing! Beautiful property! Only problem was with a security guard who treated my nephew like he was a homeless guy instead of trying to help him find his uncle at the coffee shop. Treated him with the most disrespect and he is only 16 who has never been on Edmonton in his life! When security guard was confronted he told my husband to "Chill" Whi h made my husband furious. My nephew was treated that way due to the color of his skin.

The room near the elevator was louder than any room I’ve been in, since people started moving out at 630 am..: every elevator is heard in the room.. doors opening.. doors shutting and the groan of the elevator

Everything that I encountered was excellent. The desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The noon checkout is awesome as you do not have to rush to get younger children moving.
