They take guest satisfaction seriously!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is dedicated to guest satisfaction, with a great morning briefing led by the manager. The breakfast was delicious, thanks to the kitchen staff for constantly refilling the trays. The room was spacious, with a handy kitchenette, and we got a great deal for our stay. A fantastic experience overall!

We have stayed here several times and always find the property clean, the staff friendly, and the room as expected and comfortable. We appreciate the kitchen space in the rooms and the privacy allowed by separate bedrooms when we travel with our children. The property is very easy to access due to its location and is close to many stores and services.

Friendly and lovely staff!

Front staff were lovely and amazing, letting us know there were hockey teams checked in and if we had any issues to call right away. Informed us of the continental breakfast offered and when the best time to get it. The feather pillows were the only downfall, really flat and had to stack two to get some support for our heads. Other than that it was a good experience!

Disappointing

Very disappointed; musty smell in corridors upon arrival and when entering the room. Bed was hard and pillows were the worst I've ever slept on. The AC/heater also wasn't the best. Pool had too much chlorine and the hot tub jets were not working. WIFI was a joke. We skipped breakfast based on the quality we had received. I don't recommend this hotel.
