In the breakfast room was very dirty. the juice machine only had one option. Bucked of hard boiled eggs in the fridge with the milk for you cereal and coffee. Wow.. the have white bread & maybe 2 to 3 bagels.. they had a waffle machine & was was very very dirty. The waffle mix was empty but after asking to breakfast lady she filled it. Very very thick mix.. over all the food was terrible. The room was just as bad.. they have dogs in the rooms as well which bark at all times. At least 5 dogs on one floor in different rooms. I was there for 4 days & house keeping never can in to change the garbage or change the towels in the bathroom. The only good think was the front desk agent was very nice.

Overall decent experience. However they advertise hot tub, which is broken down & we were not informed as the staff said we should have been. Lobby & outside had a fair few addicts. Our bathroom had a dirty splotch on floor that had clearly not been mopped up. The second room we had booked had an ancient TV that you couldn’t change the source or brightness settings on… That was the bad… now for the good. The staff are very friendly & helpful, the rooms are decent sized. The beds are pretty good, and had a good mix of pillows (both soft & firm). AC unit worked well also. Overall final rating would be 3/5.

This hotel is in location that one would think it could easily succeed, until one checks in. It appears to overehelmingly rely on government supported clientele who have absolutely no respect for the property or other guests. It has an unkempt, worn appearance, leaving the impression it is in dire need of renovations. Among the observations: • The tobacco haze from smokers crowding the front door (an area without a cigarette disposal bin, the ground serving that purpose). • Some person camped out in the lobby, asleep and snoring on a couch. • Old stains on the hallway carpeting. • Cardlock door lock systems that do not always function when needed (other guests complained about that as we checked in, and then we found the same problem). • A doorlock that spins but does not actually lock. • A cramped King room with one available plug-in. • Sketchy characters hanging out in the breakfast room, compelling us to simply check out and find some safer place to dine. • A sign indicating the presence of Security Guards on the premises, but no actual presence. This will be our last stay at a Travelodge, no matter how enticing the pricing may be.

Do not book with this hotel. I had an awful stay here and it is not worth saving money. I felt unsafe, dirty, and had a terrible sleep. The rooms and building is outdated and disgusting. There was cigarette burn on the counter. The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows were small. I could hear people yelling in the hallway during the night. The pool looked disgusting. The hot tub was not available and working. Do not go to this hotel. Book somewhere else.

Rude staff i had online meeting so i couldn't leave the room so i asked the housekeeping to just fill the toiletry and the toilet pepper instead of cleaning the whole room instead of just refuseing she was so rude about it and when i talked to the front desk about it she just put the toiletry and toilet pepper in the sink counter and left Next day i called front desk to ask for more paper cups she just put them in front of the door with out knocking.

I liked the staff, on how FAST & Reliable they got me into my room. And as for the Breakfast lady.. uh huh she was RUSHING ppl and jst standing there staring. Other then that. (I'd come back, i'd recommended this place to others)
