The property is very run down, our room was dirty. I wiped up some water I had spilled on the floor and the white towel was black when I was done. We found bugs in our beds - alive and casings. The pool area was sketchy so we didn’t bother. Once we found the bugs, we left. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and understanding, and gave us a full refund. Avoid this property if you can, it needs a major overhaul. The furniture in the lobby was stained, the curtains in our room were stained - not even sure what it could have been. The a/c barely worked, and had gaps all around it where you could see daylight. It was within walking distance to Walmart and transit. Also a short drive to WEM, but still not worth staying there.

Beds were very comfortable, staff were very friendly. Kids loved the pool and water slide. The first room we were assigned smelled like cigarette smoke, we spoke to the front desk and they happily switched us and apologized, but the second room also smelled. We decided to stick with that room because it was a lot of work to move again and it was just one night.

Constantly asking for towels and sheets just to receive them a day or two later. We request cleaning of the room ever morning and come back to the room still looking the same. The room itself was small and the AC didn’t work at all. A lot of loitering around the hotel as well. It made it scary to go out and receive things in my vehicle.

Didn’t enjoy my stay up until 430 listening to 3 kids running up and down hallway. Above on 5 th floor and 4th laughing screaming and running. Called front desk at 230 no one answered then went down complained at 430. Ended up cancelling my stay for another 2 days

Appalled by breakfast room condition.
Free Breakfast (continental) state of room was APPALING! Tiny little side room, filthy, food on floor, terrible conditions, little prep room door always open and watched lone attendant making waffle mix in a pail in sink...horrible...along with terrible choices including white bread and danish and cereal...no healthy options. We dared to have coffee and took it back to our room. The ice machine on main floor was equally disgusting condition. Don't think they ever clean the bottom under spout and makes you wonder about rest of it being clean. Never used the hot tub or pool...not very clean looking hot tub. Old and worn out...I've slept in worse beds and the room was relatively clean. Fridge froze all our pop and kept ice frozen one night. Disappointed they could not provide a kettle for our hot drinks. Very elementary and tiny room. We booked for lower price, but would not stay here again after seeing the lack of overall cleanliness and breakfast room. Older air-conditioning and temperature control systems. Minimal water-pressure in shower as well.

Beds were comfortable. Room stunk and looked dirty, had to open the window to air it out. Pool was roped off and closed well before closing time so kids couldn't go in the pool. we got there and it was roped off after we checked in. Restaurant attached closes early so couldn't even eat there. Sketchy ppl around. Could hear ppl puking there guts out in the bathroom above. Would not recommend. unless you are on a tight budget it's fine just to sleep for the night but I would recommend trying somewhere else first cause walking into a stinky room is not worth it.
