Hotel needs some upgrading. Wall paper is old, out dated, pelling, big old furniture. The complimentary breakfast was right across from our room. Very noisey each morning as everyone lined out in front ov our door. Suggest having that moved to were there isn't anyone booked in a room across from it. Was very annoying trying to get out of our room each morning. The staff is very friendly but very slow. Was always a line up from registration or check out.

Excellent location and conveniently near a mall entrance. The motel is well worn but still clean and staff are nice. The breakfast room was undersized and a bit of a zoo in the morning.

For the price and age it was in surprisingly good shape, but parking lot is a bit tight and worn down. Limited parking also.

The hotel is very dated. Half of the luggage carts do not work properly. The outdoor parking lot is small and congested. There is overflow parking, but it is across the street. The underground parking is fine, but the door to exit the parade is difficult to open. They also store cots in the parade that are gathering dust. The complimentary breakfast does not have many options

The beds are very firm and there was only two bottles of water offer in the room (no water station in the lobby or at breakfast). Coffee station could be separated at breakfast so the line doesn’t get so long with the pancakes and toaster.

I will say that the beds were comfortable but I work remotely and there was no way could connect to the wi-fi with my laptop. I work while I travel to pay for my trips and I was unable to do that at the West Edmonton Mall Inn. thankfully it was only two days lost. If you need to work remotely while your going to be in Edmonton, I don't recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and did try and help me, kudos for that! It is also quite noisy, you can hear everything in the halls while you're in your room, at least the room I was in. It is a busy hotel but yet there is only one microwave that is shared by everyone. It wasn't the best experience for 200 a night.

Convenient location right across the mall and next to a transit hub. Continental breakfast had basic offerings but good enough to start the day. Would stay here again due to its proximity to the mall.

This property is great in terms of location as it is directly across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. However, the hotel room does not have a microwave. Making our trip very inconvenient
