If you need protein or fruit with breakfast, bring your own. The continental breakfast is basic, toast, pancakes, two different cold cereals, apple juice. But to have that included in the very reasonable nightly rate, it’s a good deal:) if you want HI Express, go pay another $50/night.

Clean rooms..Lots of noise from doors slamming and guests on phones in the hallways. Very limited breakfast choices especially fruit. Staff were friendly.

Hotel smelled pretty bad. Elevator was out of order. Our room looked pretty dated and like it had been used and abused, stained walls and paint chips along the baseboards. Breakfast was so lame, a bowl of hard boiled eggs, two kind of cereal, some bruised fruit and yogurt from a machine?? ew. We won’t be back, that’s for sure!

We waited forever to check in even thought there was only 1 person ahead of us. By the time we got to the desk, the line up was to the door. They should have more staff on hand. They charge 10$ per day for underground parking. Every other hotel we stay at includes underground parking . It is convenient to west edmonton mall though

Overall was an okay place to stay. Was super convenient for walking to the mall. Was a bit noisy. Walls and floors seem very thin as any noise from adjacent rooms could be heard.
