I regret not doing more research before booking. This hotel is old and poorly maintained. The walls are incredibly thin, and you can clearly hear the conversations of the questionable clientele the hotel seems to attract. On the first morning, there was no breakfast because the staff didn’t show up. The front desk employee, who was the only person working at 7:30 AM, couldn’t get in touch with management to address the issue. A large group of guests was left waiting for breakfast, and no one properly communicated what was going on. Additionally, the WiFi isn’t actually provided by the hotel—they tell you to connect to the mall’s WiFi, which results in a very weak signal.

A bit past its prime. Over priced for its only thing going for it is proximity to the tired old mall. The hotel matches the energy of the big mall, over priced and dated. Bathroom had long hair all over the tub, carpets are dirty. If the price was about 1/2 it would be more suiting.

It seems like a high price for no pool, hot tub, fridge or microwave. It was quiet and a 3 minute walk to the mall.

Very conveniently located. The property is being renovated which is a good thing. The carpets are old and the in room air conditioner is noisy. Continental breakfast was adequate. Beds were nice and comfortable and the bathroom was adequate.

I walked into the room turned around and left, it was so gross. The bed had stains and hair all over both of them, there was no extra locks on the door which made it feel unsafe. Just bad vibes as soon as we walked in there.

Old, dirty hotel with barely anything other than the rooms. Overpriced. Save your money. Stay somewhere else or pay a few more dollars and stay in the mall. Room smelled like dirty laundry.
