Room was never clean in a three day stay. Ran out of toilet paper and requested more and it never came. Had to go out and purchase our own toilet paper. Air conditioning was loud and would not turn off, had to unplug it from the wall. In the end they never returned our $100.00 damage deposit so that just made the room more expensive. Booked a one bedroom suite and when we arrived we were informed that we were getting just a regular room but still paid for the more expensive room. Restaurant was only good for breakfast and that was very limited.

The staff were either fantastic or dumb as a rock. The ladies were much more professional and trained than the men. The food was much better than I expected so don’t be put off by the dubious restaurant. It’s clearly had many different brands owning it and it’s currently a ‘franchise’. So I was told. Easy for the airport. Eady and plentiful parking.

Checked in late around 12:30am so finally fell asleep about 2am. 8am housekeeper vacuumed hallway area near room then knocked on the door 3x housekeeping loud enough that a person inside would hear. So I jump up to put do not disturb on my door and nothing, checked the closet no door tags so I call the front desk and they have them there and will have one brought up and I said that was kinda of weird they aren’t available in room but please I would like one cause I don’t want the lady knocking on my door. Well 5 mins later knock knock one my door, I open it and here is my do not disturb door sign being handed to me. I said you could have just put it on the door. Not cool!! Where is the common sense these days. I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have the door tags in room. The hotel was very clean and the price was great. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were the size of a couch toss pillow and they were hard like a bag of flour. One other con was their coffee bar super bad… most hotels have free coffee and it’s good with cream and sugar and tea. There’s was pretty bad. Didn’t stop and went to Timmie’s. So personally I would not stay again for those reasons, there are hotels same price better amenities and better service.

The property wasnt prepared for the amount of guests as the restaurant couldn't handle the orders and made sure to let us know. The beds and pillows were comfortable but the sheets were pilling and not nice.
