Friendly staff. The pool was fun & it was nice that there was a restaurant in the same parking lot. It was pretty good. The elevators could use some TLC as well as the couches in the room, they were stained so we sat on towels.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. There were lots of breakfast choices. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures but still kept the kids entertained. Cons: The walls are absolutely paper thin. With a hotel with a water slide we expected there to be lots of kids, but with the walls and floors being so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. There were kids screaming down the hallways till 11 at night and we could hear the people above us yelling, as well as kids crying in the middle of the night. The property itself is clean, and staff were extremely friendly, but if you’re hoping to have a quiet stay, I’d look elsewhere.

If you stay on any floor where rooms are above you , it’s extremely loud . Could hear every footstep . Especially if there’s a family above you , kids running back and forth until 12am . Actual room was clean , pool was great for the littles . Breakfast was decent , staff friendly . Very convenient price and location . But if you come to relax and have a quiet stay , this isn’t the hotel ( coming from a mom with a toddler )

Rooms were very clean, but definitely outdated and not in the best condition. Beds were decent, a little springy, but definitely slept on worse. Breakfast was good as far as hotel included breakfasts go. The coffee was the best part of the hotel. They serve Spirit Bear, and I’m officially a convert to spirit bear coffee now. This hotel is probably better for families, we were there for a few days for a wedding, just us two adults. We found it very noisy on our floor. A lot of young kids running and screaming up and down the hall all weekend long, but weekdays were much quieter. Not sure if id return here; but ive stayed at much worse: it’s a decent mediocre hotel.

Overall a decent hotel. The waterpark was fun for the kids but is in need to repairs for sure. Quite a few homeless outside the doors lingering around which did not provide a lot of comfort. Breakfast was good.

Staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful and kind. 10/10. But the room had a horrible smell - which they were able to place something in for an hour which masked the smell for a bit but then it came back. Tv worked on and off. Towels had hair on them.
