Most terrible stay.

WI-FI was terrible, disappeared all time. We stayed first in cabin. Bathtub bottom with black marks. No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. When we trying to call front desk, we couldn't hear nothing, even when volume was on maximum. Maintenance come only on next day. Showerhead was old style and not comfortable. Window AC was very loud. Tub inside have heard from previous guests.We do not complained right away, because we was very tired 😩. When they moved us to another room in hotel , room was little bit better. But still have problem with WI-FI.

Room was ok, loud AC fan, bathroom door didn’t close. But it was clean and they had a great breakfast, good coffee. Easy access to the highway.

Cleaning staff were very polite. Bathroom door in room would not shut. Outside guest area had a bbq and picnic table but bbq was in no shape to use and no shelter from hot sun or rain.

Ok for a night passing through

Rooms and hotel overall are outdated, breakfast was good and service was nice. Kids loved the pool, but again outdated, a bit pricey for the quality of the hotel

TV stopped working mid ball game. Staff came up and looked at it. Still did not work, no spare. Easy fix would be, since Hotel was not full was to bring TV from empty room. Little lacking in customer service
