The hospitality was not as it should be as a low class hotel. For example, I asked for shampoo on the phone and receptionist told me to come downstairs and grab it

Very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby. It was quiet, as well. The receptionist was friendly, informative, and efficient. We’d stay here again!

The room was super clean! My prescription sunglasses needed a screw tightened and the folks who run the place were so amazing to fix and run them back to my room for me. Thanks! Really appreciate the service!

We had to move rooms due to a hole in the ceiling above the shower that had mold in it. We were travelling with pets and our first room had a door to the outside which was nice to take the dogs out, our second room that we got moved to was through the lobby and down a long hallway with no direct outside access so it was an inconvenience with the dogs. Breakfast was not great, all the “hot food” was in ziplock bags a d you were told to microwave the items. I was unable to say anything at checkout as they had a young (6 maybe) at the front desk computer with a sign saying they would “be back” Definitely will not be staying there again

The hotel faces a very busy street. We were fortunate to ask and be placed in a room at the back, which was quieter but faced onto a gravel field. The area seemed like it was ok, just not visually appealing.
