First off I always stay at a place that allows pets. When checking in I did not her the man ask if I had a pet. He did ask if there were any children, which there wasn’t. So I go to the room to shower and there were pubic hairs all in the shower. Black mold on the ceiling. My husband asked how much the pet fee was and after I got to reading because the man did not charge me any extra I had seen there was a $25 pet so I go to the front desk to ask them about that that my animal was still in the car with my husband Because he had went to go pick up our pizza while I checked in the man stated he had asked me that at check-in if I had an animal, but I clearly did not hear him say that or I would have paid it in the first place, so this man to charge me to bring my animal into this room that’s apparently not pet friendly $85 sanitation fee if she goes into the room plus the $25 posit needs to say I packed our stuff up and when my husband got back, we left and went and got a different room The gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and rube. Since I had utilized the room the would not put us in another room, so test we left. They need to think about getting rid of their mold, painting their ceilings and do a better job on housekeeping instead of spending $85 to sanitize a room if an animal goes into it I personally wouldn’t even give it one star very outdated and disgusting
The room was dirty, beds sound like your laying just in springs. Feels like bongos are playing when you sleep. The worst hotel and the fact that we paid 116. I pay 116 for the Hilton embassy suites and its the best.
This property has improved very well over the last several years of us coming to it.
It’s kept well clean and it is also an accessible property and pet friendly.
I also appreciate the smoke free and vape free of the hotel.

The price was reasonable and the site was pretty clean. I noticed stains on the two chairs that really should be cleaned immediately. Otherwise, the room served its purpose well.
