The hotel was clean and comfortable. The facility could use some updating ie wall painting in rooms and tile/walls in public areas outside of the lobby. Would def stay here again.

Excellent place to stay! Room were great and clean. Great bar area with service to beer and cocktails with Bartender. Restaurant on site. Great roomy lobby. Can walk to other restaurants in the area and Walmart. Plus 2min off expressway. Highly recommend

Overnight stay only recommendation
Room appeared clean but had an odd smell. I asked for an air purifier shortly after arriving but it was never delivered to the room. The TV remote batteries were dead and that was delivered within 30 minutes. The hairdryer also needed to be replaced-barely accomplished the job. Breakfast was a purchase item and not complimentary and the meal was just ok. Check in staff and waitress were both very nice. Hotel close to I55 and easy to find and accessible to local Walmart and other restaurant options if needed.

Perfectly adequate
Overpriced but that seems to be a theme with the town itself. Room was very clean, bed was quite comfortable, and the shower had nice water pressure. That's all I really require for a short hotel stay.

I paid for a room with a sofa bed, but it would not open up, it was actually rigged in a way that prevented us from opening. After driving many hours, it was unfortunate that we all did not have a bed. The worst part was that we had no hot water. The woman who worked there did not care. Honestly, it was a very clean hotel, but we could not get our basic needs met.

Very clean, but definitely could use some updates. Our coffee maker in the room didn’t work but we were able to get some in the lobby. Grateful for the convenience of a suite with a pull out bed for a family of 4 with one Tasmanian devil who will kick the stuffing out of anyone in the bed with her.

The Jacuzzi tub didn’t work in my room, The seal in the bathroom shower around the handle was falling out. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. The room smelled of dank smoke.

This was another unpleasant holiday inn experience. They have gone down hill and are run down. My room was ok. The sheets swelled old and not fresh at all. There was damage apparent to the doors and bathroom was in serious distress.

Good “enough” for an overnight stop.
Lobby, hallways, bedroom and linens were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was not clean or updated. Bathroom door was rusted and tub had mold. See pictures.

Looks are deceiving
The door to my room look like it had been taken from crime scene clean up. The lobby, restaurant/bar/ waiting area had been rerubished, but the 2nd floor hasn't been touched. The thermostat for ac/heating unit clicked before the unit itself came on. I reserved a room with 2 queen-sized beds for 3 adults and what I ended up with was 2 double beds. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Faucet for the shower/tub was coated on water proof caulk, looking tacky.
