The room was ok, the size was good and the bed comfortable. The shower curtain was bolted to the wall....but appeared to be coming off the wall so the shower curtain Slid to the middle and it was a struggle to keep water off the floor...also appeared this was an issue for awhile. Told the front desk about the issue the first night....but never heard anything else. Pool is in rough condition and the water was murky.

Room looked like there may have been dog poop in the corner. Staff was very friendly. Elevator floor was sticky and did not smell very good. Did not eat breakfast left before dining area opened.

I was dissappointed in the room, it had a stale moldy smell. I was expecting better for the money. We travel to this area several times a year, we will not stay again.

Did not like a big black dog coming to breakfast (allergies). Liked the location by the highway for easy traveling. No one was at the front desk when we arrived, so I rang the bell. The girl asked us to wait while she put rewetting drops in her eyes, apologized profusely, and continued to talk the whole time she checked us in. We got the information we needed and then some. Wish there were an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Liked the refillable bottles of soap instead of little plastic bottles. Room smelled moldy (allergies). Man in neighboring room snored through the walls. Good pillows. We like that the whole place is nonsmoking (allergies). Toilet didn’t fully flush until I messed with it. The wall by the bathtub in 216 has apparently been softened by water from the tub and needs to be spackled, sanded and painted. Overall it was fine; we don’t expect an experience like The Four Seasons when we’re just doing an overnight in Mattoon.

Bad order!

The room smells so bad it makes me gag. I woke up at 2am gagging! There were bugs in the oool. Huge bugs att the bottom and top of the pool. I cleaned it before I would let my kids in it. The worst part is the smell in the room! The bathroom is even worse! Disgusting!
