Has a bedroom separate from the font room, TVs in both. Check-in guy was awesome. The ONLY negative comment at all was the commode was not flushing. There was a very useable bathroom downstairs.

Moccasin Creek Festival brings us to Effingham

We came for Moccasin Creek Festival. This hotel suited our needs at a reasonable price. It was basic and what we expected. There was some hair in the shower when we checked in, which is kind of gross, but I got over it. The mattress was not the greatest. But overall, it had everything we needed. We loved the jetted tub after long, hot festival days. And the a/c worked great. We attend this festival every year, and we would definitely stay here again if they are festival sponsors.

Fantastic! Everything was wonderfully clean in the room and around the property. Plenty of grassy areas to take our dogs out. Loved the purple paint and decor. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Loved having no-carpet in the room. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you!
