Fantastic stay, easy to get to and great facilities. Breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip, stay would be worth it just for that. My wife and I even managed to catch the northern lights just outside in the parking lot.

A very nice place to stay. Very helpful staff and comfortable room. Only downside and it’s not a big deal was a bit of a drive to a restaurant if you weren’t self catering.

Economic stay for a quick night
My choice had no separate bathroom. The room was just big enough for two single beds, no TV, no kettle, nothing. But the shared bathrooms were spacious and efficient. Plenty of water pressure on the tap so that you can finish-off your showers. Only problem I experienced was the insulation between rooms. I had to bear a man coughing for a long time through the thin wall. Breakfast was very good. You can prepare your own lunchbox for 1,000 ISK. There is no shared kitchen but you can use a big fridge for your food.
