El Bledito Vacation Packages

Lovely condo in a very nice plaza with decent restaurants and a great coffee shop. Getting there was a nightmare. The link to the map took us to another property and the address typed in directly to Google Maps took us to a sketchy neighborhood. The only landmark they mentioned was a restaurant that no longer exists. It was stressful and added an hour to our trip. Nowhere in the listing did it mention the complex name — Puebleto Marino. Just that information would have been extremely helpful. Also, the internet was terrible and it was very difficult to watch TV or movies, a two hour movie took three hours because of how many times the internet dropped. Lastly, the pictures make us look as if the beach and pool are right outside, but they are down the road and there was no parking there, nor would the beach club staff bring us back to our condo. Otherwise, the location and amenities were lovely.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel Has potential-but needs lots of improvements.

Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor

We love Pueblo Bonito and have stayed at Sunset Beach several times. The Montecristo villas are amazing! You can’t beat the view and the amenities. Top notch!

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!
