2 day stay
I was upgraded to a larger room for free because my reserved room wasn't ready. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Large shower with instant hot water. Room included microwave, fridge, and mini coffee machine, large TV and very comfortable bed. The only problem was the blackout curtain was missing from the largest window in the room. Because it faced a freeway, there were no bright lights to disrupt my sleep. Manager was very polite and helpful. An In-N-Out burger restaurant was right next door!

Pet friendly hotel wasn't that pet friendly. We were asking if we could take our Golden retriever out for a walk while they changed the sheets. Said housekeeping was scared to death of our dog, Our Golden retriever that is the most sweetest breed of dogs. Housekeepers need to be ok with a pet friendly hotel. We did have to pay extra for our pet.

This property fits in with why Hampton Inn is a regular choice for our family's travel. As expected, everything was comfortable, everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was relatively easy to leave and return to the parking lot. One piece of advice, In-n-Out traffic, adjacent to the property may affect navigating the parking on that side, but fabulous stay with low stress and a nice room. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and I appreciated the additional lighting in the bathroom.

Amazing friendly service. Sebastian was especially helpful and informative. All the staff went over and above what we have received from some other hotels. The breakfast each morning, which came with our reservation, was absolutely delicious and a great variety to choose from. The best part of breakfast was Anita - she was so helpful and friendly each morning - it made having breakfast there a wonderful experience! We highly recommend this hotel!

They don't clean the room unless we request it
They did not make bed or change towels. I called the front desk to complain and they said they don't clean the room unless we request to do so. None told us such a rule and they said it is the rule after the COVID started. However, the COVID is no longer big issue and it won't make sense at all. It sounds it is only for saving cost at the hotel side. We liked Hampton Inn, but this time it was very bad experience and very much disappointed.
