They are remodeling the building, painting & doing some kind of constructions. Jacuzzi was close & parking and some commun areas were dirty due the construcion. Staff was very helpful.

The room was gross, there was blood on the floor and wall. The ac unit was falling off the wall and the pool was caution taped off. We stayed 1 nights out of 3 because it was so bad!! There was also a homeless man in the parking lot!

Hotel conditions and surrounding area were not family friendly. Lots of drug use/homeless on stairwell and etc. We did not feel safe enough to check in. Refunds were not offered so we just took it as a loss.

The stay was terrible. Kids were running back and forth telling until 10:30pm people telling from across the buildings. People were hanging out on stairs next to room smoking we could get water in shower on, without flight with knob. Staff was okay that came quickly when we needed something. To many work trucks in parking lot. So no where to park

I've been staying here for almost 2 weeks and have asked several times to please change rooms or at the very least clean my room . Change my bedding and to exchange my dirty towels and replace them with clean towels take trash and replace with new trash bags toilet paper ect. But everyday I come back and still no service I have asked at least 5 or 6 times it's normally totally cool here but this time I don't know why or what is going on but I pay just as much if not more then the next person and I need service to. Plus I have been seeing cockroachs and asking them to spray and nope nothing. It's sad because I really liked it here.
