El Cedral Vacation Packages

The staff always makes or breaks a resort. They are always great at the Allegro Cozumel. Also the Allegro has one of the best beaches in Cozumel.

The breakfast was nice, but the room was dated and the bed was very, very firm. We did find a cockroach in our room and our towels had weird stains on them.

I had a swim out ocean view I arrived Saturday October 10th had paid for an upgrade. I immediately noticed a smell the seaweed was being cleaned up from the Secrets Resort and most of Dreams except the last third of the beach. It was about a foot deep and smelled really bad. I started complaining it wasn’t cleaned up until Wednesday 10/14 5 days into my stay at the resort. That was unacceptable especially if you tried to eat outside of the Italian restaurant and it smelled like dead fish.

Love the layout of the property very convenient.

We have been coming here for Many years and Many times a year. Yes, the resort is a work in progress, however you will not find more hardworking employees! We continue to come to this resort because of the staff- they have become like family!

Always a great stay at the Hotel B

Alehandra in the fa breakfast buffet was wonderful, very warm and welcoming.
