El Cedral Vacation Packages

The overall experience was great. The staff were really great and the activities group were a lot of fun. Food was good. Our rooms were updated - but we didn’t have working TVs and the phones for room service were hit or miss. The fridge in our room also didn’t work. While the food was good, that was in the off chance a restaurant was open. On Saturday 1 of the 5 restaurants were open. We were there for diving and relaxation and we did just that. Just a few minor things would’ve elevated it a bit ☺️

Everything about the resort was exceptional. Food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. Will definitely return.

Clean room, free breakfast, friendly stuff.

I've stayed at various places in Cozumel over the years, but this one was the best in terms of location and value. It's just a short walk to the taxi stand and to the city center. The hotel gardens were well-kept and added a relaxed atmosphere to my stay. The room was clean and well appointed with daily housekeeping. Coffee and sweetbreads made the mornings nice. Diego and Antonio of the front desk helped with my stay and were very attentive. Overall, a great place to stay. Looking forward to my next stay.
