Terrible check in prepaid with hotels.com and hotel wouldn’t honor it. Questioned me about prepayment even tho I showed prepaid receipt. Heavy set guy at front desk was lazy and rude did want to manually enter my reservation after he found it. Really unprofessional customer service will never come back

Disgusting, they are a migrant camp not safe for anyone. Shoes , beer cans.. holes in the bathtub. Granted it’s a small desert town , no reason for any one to stay in business.

Limited Choices in Brawley - stay in El Centro.
While the location was very good, and the outward appearance was fair the condition of the room was terrible! It felt dirty, with marks all over the walls, water damage in the bathroom, a rusty sink, a musty smell in the room, and the lampshades were dirty. It just felt and looked poorly maintained. Housekeeping only came once in 3 days and I was never informed of that. The "gym" was a real mess. The equipment not working, no sanitizer, the bathroom had no soap, the water dispenser was empty, and the floor was not safe, a real disappointment. Yet with a little TLC, the place could be nice. Finally, there was trash around the property that remained there my entire stay, so even the staff was too lazy to pick it up including right outside the lobby.

No internet in the room. Bathroom had obvious signs of water damage and the bathroom sink was in need of replacement. Had to switch rooms in order to get internet. Front desk person was helpful in moving us to another room after asking.

Come on tv had no instructions and limited tv guide when we found it by chance no local channels . Had to take breakfast back to room only 1 chair in dining area very limited selection. Breakfast did end at 8 am
