At check in the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. When my daughter and son in law were returning to their room after a family event, the front desk person and another man were roaming around the parking area and came up to them and said “hey there’s a phone at the front desk if you want to steal it.” That was totally inappropriate and made my daughter extremely uncomfortable. The pillow cases were dirty, wall area in shower was dirty and had cobwebs in corners. Parking area was full of people at all hours, laughing and talking loudly all night. I realize the hotel can’t control what their guests do at all times but perhaps some security or rules about noise would be useful. Also received two unauthorized charges on my card which I will be contacting the hotel about. Door to my room was sticky and difficult to open and close. There are very few options for hotels in this town, but you’d be better off paying a little more and staying in el Centro, in my opinion.

Misleading to add interior photos of a full service bar and restaurant, which was closed for repairs, when the Hotel footprint has none. Breakfast caters to contractor laborers from 0500 to 0800 with a bag to go, COVID era is alive.

Treats customers like criminals - wont be back
Even worse than last time. Won't be back. Accused us of trying to hide our dog even though we had clearly stated having one at booking (they apparently don't read the special instructions or messages submitted). Turned off the ice machine "due to theft"... wouldnt turn it back on for paying customers. Every time my partner stepped out to let the dog pee she got aggressively followed & sometimes questioned by a security guard. Staff generally treated us like s*** the entire time when all we wanted was a few quiet days together. Last month when I stayed there were dozens of loud men staying at the hotel who were having 6am shouted conversations across the parking lot. Security never bothered them. This time the place was mostly empty so I guess they just felt like harassing us. I don't know if its because we look "alternative" or if they are just homophobic. For the last day of our trip we moved across the street to the Days Inn and it was a night & day difference! The staff showed basic politeness & didn't harass us. Will always go to Days Inn going forward.
