There was dirty sheets and towels blood on the pillow cases cockroaches in the shower we had to leave wasn't sanitary for me and my disable brother to stay would not recommend anyone stay here
Unbelievable how horrible this place was. Booked a king bed. The lock on my original room was broken. The manager offered to fix it the next day. He seriously expected me to not be able to leave my room, once I was in until the next morning.
The second room he switched me to had twin beds. I’m 6’4”.
One of the twin beds had crumbs and debris on it when I turned down the sheets. There were roaches and crickets that would occasionally run across the floor. The bathroom smelled of mold so badly, that I was unable to use it! Couldn’t even use the toilet it was so bad. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. The future was in all sorts of disrepair. The facilities were a joke.
There was plenty of junkies that came through on bikes around the clock. There were people who were obviously living there. I slept with the curtains slightly open so I could watch my work truck.
I have stayed in third world countries, south east Asia, and Eastern Europe in the early 2000s. In some pretty sketchy places. And they were cleaner and less crazy than this place.
If there was any way I could get my money back I definitely would. Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one.
