I was very disappointed with Comfort Inn & Suites. I was there from 10/11-10/13. I gave them my towels Saturday morning and was advised for new towels I would have to go check-in desk. I get down there and they tell me they have no clean towels but, will bring them to my room. I went out and came to get ready and was told they still didn’t have towels. They asked for my room number and I still didn’t get towels until around 5. I kept having to take my key card downstairs to get re-keyed. It’s very inconvenient to make it to your room on the 3rd floor and unable to get in your room. Some of housekeeping seemed VERY RUDE. I understand they were full the night before and may have been busy, you still don’t have to be rude. I’m not sure I’ll be staying there again.

Lawanda the food service manager served a great continental breakfast. That was the best we have had yet at hotels.

There 2 nights and had to move twice. Air and tv’s not working. On last morning elevator not working so we had to haul our luggage down three flights of stairs. Through it all the staff was excellent.

We didnt stay at this hotel because we went in the room and discovered that the room had bed bugs we left after the person at the desk offered us another room and when we entered we immediately checked the bed in that room and same result we left and checked into the holiday inn express

Great location but management drops the ball this time. No sausage for breakfast?? They ran out at 730am.. then they want you to reuse your towels hello that’s why got a room fresh towels and linen everyday!! Stop being cheap give us our money worth.

Friday night once we came back we were greeted with ants crawling on us in the bed. It was just 1 or 2. Woke up Saturday morning and they were all over my Sprite Soda. Tried to call the front desk from the room and the phone would not work. Walked to the front desk and the lady did not apologize or anything but there was a gentleman who came and sprayed for the ants near the air conditioner unit. Needless to say we had to fight them off in the bathroom. Also the room had not been vacuumed there were clumps of hair everywhere. Last but not least the hair dryer did not work. I used that same outlet so it wasn’t an electrical thing.
