Great location on the island. Friendly staff and amenities.

Without reservation this was the top accommodation we had during our two week stay in Guatemala. Everything was perfect. The food (especially breakfast) was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, the staff was incredible, and the pool was the perfect setting for relaxation. We stayed in early August and the weather was perfect to spend the day at the pool, then venture back to the room for the hot tub before dinner.

Clean , nice staff,

Lovely spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Free lancha to Flores and will also arrange to take you across outside of hours e.g. for Tikal at sunrise trip. Pool area could do with bit of TLC, but there is a huge lake to swim in. The mattress was way too hard for my taste, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. The only small issue was that the booking website mentioned laundry facilities, but they were not actually available. However, the staff kindly informed us that there is a laundromat just a short walk from the hotel, Overall, we had a very good stay and would happily recommend this place.
