I cannot begin to explain how lovely my stay was at Casa Santa Margarita. The staff is incredible! Everyone was very kind, friendly and attentive and made staying in this beautiful house that much more special. My room was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast they served was delicious as well. I also liked that it was located in a quiet calm area. The amazing staff surprised me for my birthday and decorated my room it was incredible. My stay here was beyond exceptional I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you so much Casa Santa Margarita for making my time in Guatemala so special.

was raining and parking is so difficult to find, we end up soak and wet, my rubber shoes was wet and can not used for the day, end up buying another pair for this trip

This hotel was great. Obviously when looking for a place to stay I’m always looking for something that’s affordable, but also with good attention. This place exceeded those expectations, they offer a restaurant on the property, which was very convenient. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a medieval room. The hotel is located in a corner, it is quiet you don’t hear so much noise unless you’re in the bathroom. Overall, if you’re looking somewhere affordable, good quality, clean, and quiet I recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet place close to everything

Although it was a short stay, it was beautiful. Such a perfect location, close enough to walk and enjoy downtown but far enough to be in quiet, relaxing comfort. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking. Delicious breakfast with a calming greenery view! Highly recommend!

Clean room, helpful staff, good location. Didn't like the loud music of the restaurant that was playing till 10pm also the sound of fire works and crackers coming from the church till 12pm.
