Disappointed – Would Not Stay Again The upstairs bathroom toilet was broken and had to be flushed manually. The TV in the loft didn’t work, and I couldn’t open the blinds. I was supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine (choice of Chardonnay or Cabernet), but it wasn’t in the room. When I asked, they told me to pick it up at the front desk—only Pinot was available, which I don’t like. The listing never mentioned that the second floor was stair access only. I had three elderly guests with me who struggled with the stairs. The front desk staff was unhelpful throughout the stay. Overall, poor service and misleading info made for a frustrating visit.

The room was very convenient to get to. Also, it was spaciuos and the kitchen was stocked with everything but food. The area was a little iffy, and the facility has seen better days, but it was clean and the staff was amazing.

I’ve known this place for quite a while .. since I was a kid I have great memories of the place. It been remodeled a couple times and still has that townhome feeling.. they could use a hard remo on upstairs and entrance decks.. and larger TVs

Outdated and dusty

The pillows are like pancakes, the rooms are outdated and the sheets are old . Definitely needs new bedding and a remodel. The couch was old and stiff , the tv was old and the breakfast is fake eggs, potato’s and no meats ! The staff isn’t very friendly either. Chase use to be my favorite place but unfortunately it hasn’t gotten any better.
