Worse hotel that I've stayed at in 25 years.

It was really disappointing, felt like we were staying at a motel 6! Don't let the pictures and reviews deceive you. Looks like its going out of business from the inside and they were only using q floor that had tape carpets, smell, and was not clean. The water in the toilets and shower keep making noise all night. When the toilet got clogged and we called the front desk, they told us to come down to get the plunger with no bag just like that. Minutes after they called us to make sure we returned the plunger! The breakfast was disgusting, the coffee was like drinking water. It was pointless to say anything to the staff as it didn't seem like there wasn't any management that care and just employees running it doing their best. I totally regret booking this hotel that felt worse than a motel. This is not a 3 star hotel it should be rated as a 1 to 2 star hotel.

The room which we occupied was very clean, great layout. The only issue was the floor carpet on the 4th floor hallway was very loose, almost a tripping hazard.

Convenient location if you have business near ELP AIRPORT. Small parking lot but wasn’t full when I stayed. Clean and comfy room plus excellent breakfast Priced accordingly

Was ok, not great.

We stayed for 5 days. Food was ok, not great. Same bland potatoes and eggs everyday same day. I noticed the breakfast host was using the same gloves to serve the food and to clean the counters the entire time. Water shower pressure very low. Nozzle kept following off. WE FOUND A ROACH!!!!! In all my years of traveling, never have experienced this! I have a photo!
